Fine Tune mode, similar to Set Anchors mode, enables you to manually position circles. However, there are two differences between these modes.
First, moving a circle in Fine Tune mode affects only the position of the individual circle. Moving a circle in Set Anchors mode makes it an anchor that is used to align the entire template.
Second, in Fine Tune mode, you may position any number of circles. Set Anchors mode has a limit of three circles.
Any adjustments made in Fine Tune mode will be erased if any action is taken that alters the overall alignment of the template, so you will want to perform this step last.
