QuickSpots version 25.9.0.2 is available for download. This update adds another graphing option for your antibody array data. Where the previous update grouped chart data by spot pair, this version also enables grouping by data set (ie. by array).

The new option is the default for array models which do not support normalization using positive control spots. Because normalization is turned off by default for these array models, numerical data may not be directly comparable from array to array unless they are normalized using a different spot pair. The user has the option to group graphs by spot pair whether the data is normalized or not. However, it should be understood that for direct comparisons of numerical data to be valid, the data should be normalized using a spot pair whose value is invariant between arrays.

In addition to the new graphing option, this version also disables the "Base Set" option when displaying data values rather than differences between data sets, as this option does nothing when displaying data values.

This is a free update for current licensees of QuickSpots version 25.5 or higher.
